About Us

We love the beach (and evidently you do too) See how much we already have in common!? Alex and Erik have been brothers for as long as Erik's been alive. We married some swell gals who happen to be besties, Jackie and Steph. Sound like a recipe for fun? We agree. 

Our lifelong dream was to build a beach house that gives families and friends a place to park their cars & worries for a week. 

A spacious home that brings you closer to each other.  

A place to enjoy morning coffees and evening Coronas.

That dream became a reality in 2024!

We came across an opportunity to make Sea Isle City, NJ the home of that dream. 

Construction began in April of 2024 and off we went, but we were missing something.... a theme! 

Sharks. 

They like the ocean.  They're filled with intensity. And they like to party.

Just like us! 

So we named the East side "Mako" and the West side "Tiger"

So here we are, the only thing missing was you!
