The Dream
Our lifelong dream was to build a beach house that gives families and friends a place to park their cars & worries for a week.
A spacious home that brings you closer to each other.
A place to enjoy morning coffees and evening Coronas.
That dream became a reality in 2024.
We came across an opportunity to make Sea Isle City, NJ the home of that dream. Construction began in April of 2024 — and off we went.
The Theme
Sharks.
They like the ocean. They're filled with intensity. And they like to party.
Just like us.
So we named the East side "Mako" and the West side "Tiger."
So here we are — the only thing missing was you.
